Adding BMG Mobile to your iPhone device

NOTE: BMG Mobile for iPhone is currently a web-based app only pending iTunes approval.

Once you have opened "m.bmgbullion.com" in your mobile device browser, create a bookmark or shortcut on your homescreen for future access and ease of use. This is being done while BMG waits for iTunes approval.

iPhone v.4 and up

  1. First, open your Safari browser by tapping on the Safari icon, normally located on your iPhone Home Screen.
  2. Your Safari browser window should now be displayed on your iPhone. Navigate to the Web page that you wish to add as a Home Screen icon. Once the desired page has finished loading, tap on the centre forward/add  button located at the bottom of your screen.
  3. A menu should now be displayed on top of your Safari browser window. Select the choice labeled Add to Home Screen.
  4. The Add to Home screen should now be displayed. In the example above, notice the field containing the following text: Web Browsers. This text is editable and can be changed to whatever you desire. It is important, as this is the title which will be displayed on the iPhone's Home Screen. Once you are done, select the Add button.
  5. You should now be taken back to the main Safari browser window. Click on your iPhone's Home button to return to the Home Screen. Your new icon should now be displayed. In the example above, notice that the title of my new icon is concatenated with an ellipsis due to its length.
